Silver Titan Aero Extruder Sets
Main parts are silver and made of metal, but the big gear is made of plastic(POM)+ stainless, plastic(POM) gear is widely used in industrial field，it is strong enough to hold the torque and with low wear.
Black Titan Aero Extruder Sets
Main parts are black, and made of metal, but all screws,bearing and small gear are silver, as following picture show
Inner Structure when Assemblied
There is no stepper motor, so the small gear hasn't be fixed, it should be fixed on the top of the idler arm.
Whole Structure when Assemblied
During assembly, you many need 1.5mm&2.0mm&2.5mm allen keys, don't worry, we will send them to you as free gift.
