Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 14 working days and delivery confirmed by way of tracking number and tracking link information sent to the client via email confirmation. All items come in internationally.

You can cancel your order when the below conditions are met;
- Paid locally made custom gifts & local stock (South Africa)
- For Personalized / Custom Products, we accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
- Paid local or overseas order (pre-order item)
- For all the imported products you can cancel your order anytime.
- Out of stock products (Sold out).
- In cases of an over-booked / oversold product, we will notify you. We will negotiate a cancellation, refund, or pre-order.
If you wish to cancel an order, make sure that these conditions are met.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS

Here’s the detailed information of allowed returns & exchanges.
- Faulty, damaged, malfunctioning: Qualifies for a return or refund. There must be proof (photos/videos) before we process the return/refund/exchange. Photos/videos must be sent firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Received a wrong product / Non-fitting (I made a mistake, wrongly ordered it): Qualifies for an EXCHANGE or REFUND
- Received a wrong product(s) (not my fault) (e.g. wrong size, wrong colour, different product): Qualifies for an EXCHANGE or a REFUND. There must be proof (photos/videos) before we process the return/refund/exchange. Photos/videos must be sent to email@example.com.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. After you have sent us a return request, we will send our courier for collection. There are no charges or courier fees, we carry the costs.
Late or missing refunds
Refunds may take 7-10 business days. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. We offer a limited 6 months warranty for all Consumer Electronics (excluding repair & spare parts). No refunds but you get a new replacement.
