Reliable Stores mission is to provide quality products at affordable prices to the residents and businesses of South Africa. We have taken the risk of bringing in products and being accountable to our customers for the products and our services so that South Africans can shop without hesitation and reduced risk. Reliable Store is a registered private company, the company was registered as We Build Property Pty Ltd in 2017. We are trading as Reliable Store. Reliable Store is an online store which started operating on a platform called Bidorbuy on 6 April 2018. Bidorbuy is a local sellers platform which was very popular for sellers in that year. The founders saw growing opportunities in ecommerce in south Africa and started building an ecommerce website to run separately from the Bidorbuy platform.
By 2019 Reliable online store was established through a steady growth and trust was built with many South African customers and businesses.
Reliable Store now employees 12 staff members in South Africa .
How does it work?
The customer or business places an order online. Our customer service staff then works hard to communicate delivery times and to provide progress to the customers as we strive to provide accurate information and updates. . Once you have received your order you are welcome to contact us for any after sales services which can be communicated in the form of email, call or personal visit to our offices.
