Question:  I have placed an order, when will I receive it?

Answer: Please note that delivery is 5 to 10 business days for major cities and for Regional areas delivery is 5 to 12 business days. (ETA)

Question: When will I receive my tracking number?

Answer: Tracking number is updated within 6 business days after placing your order.

Question: Why does delivery take so long?

Answer: We get all items internationally.

Question: My order is late?

Answer: Please escalate the matter and a representative will get in touch with you.Please leave your order number and contact number.

Question: I have received a partial order, where is the rest of my order?

Answer: Order are processed at the same time however some items in your order may ship quicker than the other. Rest assured that the remainder of your order is on its way next. We will send you the delivery tracking number within 2 business days.

Question: My order arrived damaged, what can I do?

Answer: If you receive a damaged item please send us an email informing us that the item is damaged together with a picture of the damaged item within 3 business days. We will offer a replacement product to you as soon as possible.We ask for 30 days as per the policy before we can offer a refund on damaged items and incorrect items that are received.

Question: I want a refund, what is the policy

Answer: We offer refunds to all clients, terms an conditions do apply( please refund terms and conditions)

We refund refund on items received damaged. The item will need to be returned to the Reliable Store for a replacement to be sent to the client. If the client wants a refund, this will take up to 7 business days for Reliable Store to process the refund. The item will need to be returned in both instances.

Should you receive the correct item and decide not to keep it, a 30% restocking fee will be subtracted from the amount paid. The item must be returned to Reliable Store. The refund will be processed in 7 business days from the day Reliable store receives the returned item.

Question: I would like to cancel an order I have not received yet after it has shipped.

Answer: The refund will be processed once you have received the order and returned it to Reliable Store. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will process your refund. Please note that 30% restocking fee will be subtracted and the delivery fee will be subtracted.

Question: Can I get my order quicker?

Answer: No, delivery is 5 to 10 business days in major cities and 5 to 12 business days in regional areas.

Question: Can I come and collect the item?

Answer: We do not keep stock locally, we get all items internationally.

Question: Is Reliable Store a safe platform to shop?

Answer: Yes, we have serviced over 10 000 customers and we are growing significantly. The website is safe and protected and we use secure payment methods such as Payfast.

Question: I am struggling to make a payment online?

Answer: Please send us an email with the product link from the website and/or Product SKU Number and delivery address. We will provide you with an invoice for payment. Once we receive the roof of payment you will receive your order confirmation with your order number.
